Discovery plus premium doesn’t work

I've had discovery plus for years. I upgraded my package 6 months ago for the full tnt sport pack. My sky glass stated discover plus premium in the settings. But when I use the app it says I need to upgrade and contact supplier. I've signed out and in on all devices it's although my subscription hasn't been linked to the discovery plus subscription

Same problem, moved house recently on the same full sky sports TNT package but transferred to Sky Stream so expected to Dicvery plus but the sign on scan/activate simply goes around in circles, now saying I need to ''upgrade' but does not recognise my Sky Credentials..Nightmare

I am having a similar problem.  Just wondered if this was resolved.  I have spoken to Sky and have had not been able to resolve it so far.

 

If it was resolved can you tell me how it was done.
