Driving me mad!!!

Very frustrating recurring issue on the ticket ballots 

 

When I go to apply for a ballot I get this error message 'The email address you entered is already registered.'

 

Don't know what's happened as I was able to enter in the past.  I can't find any way to access my bookings either.

@dawn+forbes  It's not clear from your post what this has to do with Sky?

 

It's also not an accessibility services related issue so your post has been moved.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@GD1 only thing I can think of sky related is, is sky vip tickets/ballots

@dawn+forbes  Best thing to do is email the sky ticket team and see if they can help unfortunately I can't find the address right now but I will tag someone who I know that might have it at hand
