So having been a Sky member (in their terms Sky VIP) for more than 20 years, I take out a new 2 year contract and shortly after find that I am no longer receiving the channels that I have paid for over those 20 odd years. So I am expected to pay the new enhanced contract rate and be provided with a lesser service. The monthly fee I was paying Sky at the commencement of the contract obviously included the contract costs that Sky were paying Eurosport yet they expect to continue to charge me for this when they are no longer contractually obliged to pay Eurosport anything. Am I missing something because I can't help feeling that this is akin to fraud? I do of course have the option of paying again for these channels by adding the TNT package which the agent tells me I can pay a further £31 pcm for, which as far as I'm concerned would mean I am paying twice for Eurosport. Waiting for another call back, but has anyone else had this debate with them?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYour consent is not needed as it is within the terms and conditions that channels can come and go as it is Warner Brothers who removed the channels from all in the UK as you will not find them anywhere now from Sky to Virgin.
