Kirsty at Sky sorted it with the Sky team. I didn't do anything and it stopped as mysteriously as it had started which is why I said I would have liked to have known what the problem was.

I've noticed that over the past few months, any recordings from live TV from sky witness have audio loss and pixelation, all of new amsterdam and now tonight all of the Chicago shows were like this, downloading them from on demand they're fine but that's not a solution, also can't be a hard drive issue as no other recordings have this issue, is there a solution yet? Cheers

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@bonzothebuzz possibly a signal issue. Check your signal strengths while tuned to the channel. The white part of all 4 bars should be at least half way across.

This was an issue some of us had previously and there was nothing wrong with our equipment or signal strength but was a problem Sky's end. I did nothing and they resolved the problem eventually after a couple of weeks! If you message Kirsty at Sky from our previous messages she will report it to Sky for you. She was very helpful and instrumental in getting this resolved for us.

Again this weekend, the rookie, all the Chicago programmes and the last of us had pixelation issues and had to download them after. So it's sky witness and sky Atlantic that have issues, any solution to this yet?

I've watched shows on 107 and 207 and had no problems with picture quality, check your signal information.
