Need help to activate my sky box

Your viewing card is locked to the Sky box it was activated in at the end of October 2024, if this is a different box then you will no longer be able to activate it and will need to call Sky to discuss your options

All Sky+ HD should already be activated ... why do you need  to activate your box?
