Sky box is not working it’s saying a problem with the hard dive & went though usual channels on tv t

It allowing play back or pause program . I've tried what it had advices me to do but still not working

Sky no longer support Sky+ boxes but can offer phone help if needed.

 

From a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile dial 150 to call Sky (free) or alternatively use this link:

UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and a dedicated 03** UK number is displayed.

Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy/obsolete service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Q (all issues will be fixed during a Sky Q install), Sky Glass and Sky Stream
