How to get sky sports main event

I added the sky sports package but can not watch sky sports main event .. also I added f1 to my package but want to cancel why can I not do this on my app as I added the 31 rolling contract . Easy to add but not to take off .. lines are always busy and can not get through

You'll have to persevere with the phone if you can't cancel via the app.

You need the complete Sky Sports package to get Main Event. It sounds like you haven't got that, if you're adding/removing individual channels like Sky Sports F1.
