Sky box won’t connect

Can't get our Sky+ box to work - displays the following message: 

 

This display does not support HDCP

 

Can't work out what the problem is as we haven't altered any settings on the box or our Panasonic tv?

  1. Turn off your TV (Not just standby)
  2. Turn off your Sky box (Not just standby)
  3. Turn on your TV
  4. Turn on your Sky box

 

This should reset the HDCP handshaking
