Cant watch skysports+

So even though I have a full Sky Sports subscription which says includes Sky Sports + I cannot watch the Super League matches on my TV I need an app?

As a Sky+ customer yes you do need the Sky Sports app on a mobile device or upgrade to Sky Q, Glass or Stream.

So Sky are at it again introduce new Sky sports + channel but only ifvyou have Glass or Q 

Loyal 20 year plus customers cannot get this on Sky + hd boxes

 We dont count. We are cannon fodder. You really need to take a long hard look at yourselves at Sky. Loyalty  means nothing.

The channel itself as per your post is there on 412 but the streaming options which I presume you mean are not but are available via the Sky Sports app on mobiles and tablets.

What kind of response is that!  You say 412. Its not on 412 on Sky + boxes  it might interest you to know by Skys own estimation, there are over 3 million Sky + box subscribers active. But who cares about them when you want everyone on Glass. Or Q. Both have serious issues.

So answer the question. Is Sky sports + freely available on Sky + boxes?  Answer.  No

@Bramhope+21 Sky+ is old hardware. It can't handle streaming, which is why it's not available on these boxes.

Channel 412 on my Sky+ box is Sky Sports+ so I'm not sure why you are not seeing it, you said in your first post and I quote:

Thanks. Yes I get that but my point is why Sky are treating loyal customers who dont want Glass/Q like dirt. Why am I no longer able to watch Super Leagu amonst other sports. Was it beyond their technicians to establish a platform on Sky + boxes to view Sports+  ?

I would strongly advocate all Sky + hd box subscribers to look at the options one can easily buy through Amazon etc. Not illegal but it might make Sky treat loyalty with respect.

To Caserome. Channel 412 you say. So did you view Rugby league on that channel tonight?  I tried but it simply wasnt there. Thanks for responding though

I have a sky hd+ box and subscibe to sky sports. The Sky HD box cannot get Sky Sports +. Is it possible to watch this through Now TV by logging in to my Sky Sports subscription on Now TV? I don't want to pay twice for the same thing. Thanks.

No, because Rugby League wasn't on Ch 412.

Ch 412 is Sky Sports+ though, which is what your original post asked. The Rugby was on the App which is behind Ch 412. Sky+HD boxes aren't capable of hosting apps.

Its not on 412 . Its not on anywhere for anyone using Sky+ hd boxes. Approx 3 million. Glad you can obtain and pay for Glass or Q. We cant. If you support Skys totally money grabbing schemes thats entirely up to you. But please realise Sky are after one thing...profits
