You haven't given us much to gone on there! Is this a first time set up? What steps have you tried?
Generally the advice is unplug from the wall for at least 5 mins and try again, and try connecting your puck via Ethernet instead of Wi-Fi as the pucks are very sensitive to Wi-Fi issues and this can cause the software update to fail.
If this doesn't work, you will need to call Sky to walk you through troubleshooting and reset (this is a customer helps customer forum).
