We’re already thinking about what TV and film treats we’ve got to look forward to in 2025. And the line-up coming to Sky is so good that you’ll be hard pressed to find a show that isn’t worthy of a place on any Best Of list.
From highly-anticipated dramas such as Lockerbie: A Search For Truth to the return of Our League of Their Own - the TV coming to Sky in 2025 is worth getting excited about.
If films are more your thing, don’t worry because we’ve got you covered too. Sky Cinema has a bunch of brand-new movies landing in 2025, from action thriller Bad Boys Ride or Die to Despicable Me 4 for the kids, you’ll be spoilt for choice.

Lockerbie: A Search for Truth - Sky Atlantic
Dr Jim Swire (Colin Firth) is the nominated spokesperson for the UK victims' families, who have united to demand truth and justice when 259 passengers and crew were killed on Pan Am Flight 103 on the 21st December 1988, after the flight exploded over Lockerbie 38 minutes after take off.
Airborne - Sky Nature
Sky Nature and Love Nature have teamed up for Airborne, a new visual spectacular that examines and celebrates our world’s flying friends. Airborne details the unique challenges and ultimate freedom of animals that use the air to survive and thrive.
Dart Kings - Sky Documentaries
In 1972, darts stagged out of the pub and onto British primetime television, bringing with it a cast of - by today's standards - unlikely sporting heroes. We explore the incredible journeys of three of the greatest names in darts, charting their rise, rivalries, heartaches and triumphs during the 70s, 80s and 90s.
A League of Their Own - Sky Max
The multi-BAFTA award-winning A League of Their Own is back for Series 19, hosted by Romesh Ranganathan, with team captains Jamie Redknapp and Jill Scott alongside series regular Micah Richards. The panel put their sporting knowledge to the test, as well as take on epic physical challenges inside and outside the studio.

A League of Their Own: The Rally part 2 of 3
The Rally heads through Dijon to the Alps. Along the way they compete in a series of high-octane challenges that include paramotoring, white water rafting and a trek across the Mont Blanc glassier.

Rob Beckett's Smart TV: Season 2, Episode 5
