Sign into Sky Sports on a Sky Stream device with my Virgin Media ID

Hi  I am a Virgin Media customer who has SKY Sports as part of my tv package. I have recently purchased a Sky Sream puck and package  as I needed  and alternative way of connecting to a TV in a room via wifi only. Am I able to sign into Sky Sports on the Sky Stream device with my Virgin Media ID vs Sky ID

@Cashy1  If you obtained a Stream puck through Sky these are loaned to you.

You need to have the base TV pack and Sky sports pack as part of your Sky subscription to be able to use Sky sports on the Sky Stream puck.

You can't use the puck and login to Sky sports using your Virgin Media login as that is not how the pucks work.

No.
Why not get a Virgin Stream box instead?

That was my first choice but for reasons unbeknown to me, apparently you can't have 2 wired boxes and a stream box together with Virgin. So I opted for the Sky Stream which I'm happy with, it does the job I wanted from it. Just wondered whether I could watch my Sky Subscriptions (sports & cinema) via Virgin on it.

Yes I do have a sky subscription for the Sky essential TV package. I'm not going to subscribe to Sky Sports on both Virgin and Sky, No issues I'll just watch Sky sports on the tv's in the house wired to Virgin boxes. Just wondered whether it was possible or not.
