@dad24girls If there was an issue with broadband in your area I suspect there would be more people posting about the problem.
Have you tried a standard reboot by going into Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device. It takes about 3 minutes to completely reboot and you will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears.
If that doesn't help try rebooting your BB router as well.
