Have you followed the advice posted earlier in the thread of changing the audio output to PCM or passthrough? It seems to work for some people.

@Mister_Dalek  I presume the PCM setting is on my tv, as I can't find it on my Stream settings?

@Stephen+Mourton you will find pcm setting on your puck just go to settings picture and sound select sound and digital audio output to pcm stereo

Trying PCM now but the audio quality is terrible.
Hopefully, Sky can sort this out with an update soon.

Does anyone else only have this issue on live TV?

I've stopped my subscription and am awaiting the packaging to return the puck. $ky will just keep fobbing people off with a promise of an update to solve the lip sync issues. The only way to get them to do something concrete is to walk away from $ky. I've been with them for many years but no longer.

I have the lip sync issue too.  What a load of RUBBISH from Sky.

UHD channels and crap sound. the irony.

Now dropping audio, amazing job Sky! Sonos soundbar, Sony tv, sound dropping out on F1 for multiple times, approx 2 second dropout every time it drops.

I found a work around. It seems to be the HDMI connection. I was having the lip sync issue too and decided to unplug the HDMI from the Puck only and plugged it straight back in... it sorted out the problem straight away.

Agree, that does work. However, in a short time later the problem raises itself again. I feel it's a piece of cheap equipment.

@FulhamGaz Beware of hot plugging your HDMI lead. It could damage your equipment. Not worth risking your TV, soundbar of AVR for a crap piece of Sky equipment.

Agree. The lip sync is a real annoyance. Seems lots of subscribers saying the same.

Same problem, sky puck sync issues all channels plus Disney, netflix etc.

Use TV Apps Disney, netflix BBC iPlayer no issues, 100% puck issue, same set up previously for sky q no issues. 

Puck is the problem
