Volume button not working on sky remote

Sky remote volume not working and people talking is out of sync

On the rare occasion I've seen the sound out of sync turning the puck into standby mode and then back on has fixed it for me. The other option is to unplug it for a minute if that doesn't help.

 

for the volume you may need to reset and repair your remote

 

  1. Press and hold 7 and 9 together for 3 seconds.
  2. Press and hold 1 and 3 together for 3 seconds.
  3. follow the onscreen instructions.
