TNT technical error

Last night whilst attempting to watch the Arsenal game on TNT (channel 413) , when selecting a black screen came up saying loading then "Technical error" This happened all the time so could not watch the Arsenal match. All other TNT channels were ok as was every other channel. Today all is ok. My Mrs was not very happy. What was going on and how could I rectify if this happens again

Re: TNT technical error

Update. Just flicking through the BBC channels 101 and 102, keep getting a Blue screen and then a message "Technical Fault please try again later.

@Nutmeg1

Check the broadband connection to the puck. Find out the speed being received by opening the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu and run a network check.
Also give the puck a restart - this usually helps clear the cache and re-connects you to Sky's servers.

Can you try the following

Try changing channel and then returning to the affected channel.

May even be worth doing that a few times to clear the message

Re: TNT technical error

Rebooted the puck and all is now ok. Still odd why it affected certain channels only.
