Your not talking to Sky. We are fellow customers. You will need to remove via my sky or telephone customer services.
If you explain your issue in more detail the community will do it's best to assist. I use Sky sports without issue, is it the channels, app etc.. is it HD or UHD you are having issues with? Does your internet meet the minimum speed of 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD?
