I am unable to activate Sky streaming on my luck using. The Sky remote. I have rebooted the router but this makes no difference. Is there an issue at the moment?

There isn't any issue. What exactly is the problem you are having? At what point in the activation process are you having issues?
Please provide as much information as you can and the community will do it's best to assist, noting we are fellow subscribers not Sky themselves.
