Discussion topic: Sky swap & upgrade help

I'm wanting to upgrade my phone via my swap. I know there is a difference between phone value which is fine and I can see that keeping my current SIM card is fine. My question is about my data plan. Does that just carry over automatically? I have chose my phone and gone through swap details but I can't see anything about my data. Any help is appreciated.

If you swap your mobile through the Sky Swap process your data package remains the same (unless you choose to change it via the normal mix method).

Hi

i have exactly the same problem as I was going to swap yesterday - found the phone I want but no dada swap?
I'm going to ring them today and find out

the data stays the same - I moved my SIM card over to the new phone and the data goes with it. It was a very straightforward swap
