Ordered a new phone and can’t track it

I ordered a new phone and I haven't been able to track it?

Why what is happening when you try to track it and are you signed in with the same account details that you used when placing the order ?

Yes I'm signed in with the same account it just keeps saying error and telling me to sign out which I have and it's still saying the same

What is the error message, is it the Oops one ?

Yeah it's the oops one and it tells me to log out and try again but I have tried multiple times

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
