I was sending the iPhone 16 pro max to wife through royal mail courier. But they missed my device and now I am paying EMI for a phone which I dont have. I doubt the courier knicked it. However, just want to know if sky can lock the device so the person cannot use. Cant do it through apple as I havent created any account for the device. It was an anniversary gift. An unboxed phone. Please let me know thd measures i can take as royal mail said they cannot give the compensation amount.
