Calls keep dropping & caller can't hear me. Phone isn't damaged

It might be worth calling Sky and hopefully managing to talk to them as they might want to send you a replacement sim to try incase the one you have has developed a fault. 150 is the free number to call them on and when you do say nothing when asked anything by the bot.
