Hey,
I've noticed over the last 4/5 months that my data is always low. For example, it's always on 3G and hardly ever on 4G and I've never seen 5G be used. However, when I purchased my plan, Sky said I would be able to use 5G.
I've ran a county test (I think it's called) to see what the connection is like in the area and I have very strong connection, however, I'm always on 3G.
If someone could provide me with any advice on this, it would be much appreciated.

Have you registered for 5G (providing your device is compatible)?
