Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHave you tried calling Sky n the free 150 number to see if you can get through to them about this as you are not talking to Sky via here.

Hi thank u for replying, they have banned me from calling any number literally even when I call 150 it says not registered on network. I hoped they would have a live chat being such a Hugh company but nope it's just the virtual rubbish. I can't contact them at all to discuss this it's really bad for me as I am in regular contact with mental health doctors and my normal doctor to get my medication. This is my only option as I have noone around me to even use a phone to call sky

Hello I am overdue on a bill and have a payment plan in place however u have stopped me being able to recieve texts and calls.
@LukeJL
This is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here.
Restrictions are applied automatically so agents can’t override this process.
Sky normally don't allow payment plans on overdue live accounts, nor will they consider promises to pay on or by a certain date.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSky won't respond to you on here and they don't use email for general communication. Now your debt has been passed to a debt recovery company we've been told that all Sky could do is tell you what you owe and the contact details for the company dealing with it.
I think all you can do is deal directly with that company. Sky are quite within their rights to prevent mobile useage totally.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@LukeJL If you are paying a debt collection agency then it's highly likely that your sim and account has been cancelled, that would explain why you are unable to receive calls and it's saying not registered on the network.
If that is the case then speaking to Sky wouldn't help as I don't believe they would be able to reactivate your number as it will probably have been put back in to the pool for reissue to a new customer.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHow long have you been behind on payments? It’s worth noting that if you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription.

Hello there just a thought if you could buy a cheap sim card from another mobile network provider there are some good cheap deals going around then you could ring Sky on a 0800 number and explain your situation I could be wrong here if so I'm sorry. It's worth a try.😉

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSky don't use 0800 numbers for general contact. They are 0333 numbers in the UK.

Yes it's been over them days I assumed they would block out going calls while I was clearing the debt and thought it would be fine as i was making payments. Oh well just ordered a new sim so see if I can contact them once it arrives within 2days. Thanks for all help
