I'm having trouble linking my sky mobile to my account. It was working fine but not now. Phone is working fine. Please help

To get you some help with this I have escalated your posts to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I have alerted Sky again to your post so same as before in that when the send the chat invite to you then you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be closed again as it was previously.

I've just ordered myself an iPhone 13 on debit card and on the email it says to set up sky ID alongside my mobile account. I have already have a sky ID previous to this order. But it just let me link it as it asks for a postcode, surname and 6 digit account number which I've typed in but has just come up with error or doesn't work
