mobile data used up after 4 days of new account

new account opened on sky mobile on fri by monday 100mb of data used. mobile data on. but not data roaming. same settings on 02 account with 6mb and never got below 4 mb in a month 

 

Any ideas why?

When you first activate the sim you do not get your full allowance as what you get is based on the numbers of days before it resets which is your billing date. After that once it has reset then you should see the full allowance each month.

@caesarome  Thanks for the swift answer. 

I have 5mb left for 24 days until my next bill . Does that sound about right ?

What size dataplan do you have?  Sounds like 100MB?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

100MB could easily get used in a matter of minutes. That is the smallest data amount available.
