Can’t upgrade online technical error

Is anyone else having issues upgrading online?

I have a device which it says I can upgrade which is correct as I have had it a couple of years. I try upgrading I go through all the choices and choose my device and then right at the end it says it's not you it's us technical error. 
this has been happening for weeks now. 
extremely frustrating are they trying to stop people from upgrading so they will have to get a new device and find their own way to get rid of the older device??

trying to contact anyone without using the phone is horrendous. Do they not cater for people who have anxieties or mental health issues. I have eventually found a way of contacting them by email using the complaint system. Probably a slow old process. But this is ridiculous. If you try using help section you just go round and round like a merry go round getting nowhere and getting same error message. 
for god sake sky improve customer service!!

As you are only talking to other customers on here all we can suggest is to call Sky on 150 and have them place this order for you.

This has been going on for months. Like many others it's not always convenient to make a call and sit in a queue so the facility to upgrade online was always great.  Might just go elsewhere.

I'm getting the same message too when I try to upgrade my Tab A8. Of however I go through the process of upgrading my phone, then it appears to allow me to go beyond adding to basket. Very frustrating as I want to upgrade my Tab, not my phone. Oh, and Sky Non Help team on Twitter/X are completely useless.

Been available for upgrade for 6 months now .. defo going somewhere else once contract is up in 6 weeks time good riddance
