ear buds 3 return

my galaxy earbuds are a waste, they dont fit in. my ear and cannot stay, i thought i was getting the galaxy earbuds 3 pro and wish to return them

I am paying for them, they came as a bundle, but  i am charged for them, it would of been cheaper without them

Did you pay for them or were they part of the Samsung phone promotion whereby they were free. If you paid for them

tjen you will need to speak to Sky about this by calling them on 150.

Then you will need to call Sky and speak to them about returning them if you can. If you do make sure you get and the proof of posting receipt when you send them off.

Say nothing.

 

You can return them within the cooling off period but there value may be reduced as they are 'used'.

Just noting the terms of returning within cooling off period.  (If they are completely unused then there may not be any reduction)
