Can’t Phone from Canaries

Hi I can't make calls from Tenerife my iPhone thinks I'm in matdrid and the calls are saying number I'm phoning doesn't exist. I can manually add canaries to location but phone still says number doesn't exist inter my wife's phone is working fine on sky mobile plan.
