Debt outstanding
I owe £462 on my sky account and my mobiles have been restricted, however I cannot afford to pay the £462 so how do I go about cancelling all my services with sky.

Re: Debt outstanding
As you have an outstanding amount then Sky might not let you cancel and especially so if you have a device on your account that you should be making regaulr payments for. But as always give Sky Mobile a call on 150.

Re: Debt outstanding
My understanding is you cannot cancel services whilst they are restricted. At some point you've agreed to receiving a device on credit on the understanding you'll make monthly repayments on it.

Which I understand but things happen sometimes and I work and struggled for a few months.

Re: Debt outstanding
I'm not having a dig or criticising the circumstances you've found yourself in, merely pointing out that you agreed to make the required payments and the likelihood of being able to cancel services are low.
