Sky piggy bank

Last week I checked my sky piggy bank which had over 200gb of data saved in it. I have checked today now I am back in the UK to enable this and it now is saying 0gb saved. I would like to know how this is possible as I have not used anything and would like this back so I can activate this please.

Assuming it hasn't expired then it will probably return shortly following processing.

 

Go ahead and call Sky on 150 to query it.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
