Iphone 16 pro max Black Titanium from sky app after i made the contract it says Desert Titanium

Dear Sky,

I recently opened the Sky app on my phone to place an order for the iPhone 16 Pro Max. I selected the Black color, completed the payment, and signed the contract. However, when I was redirected to my Sky account, it showed that the iPhone I ordered is Desert Titanium instead of Black.

Could you please help me correct this to ensure I receive the Black color before the order is dispatched?

You are not talking to Sky by posting on here as we are customers who help each other so if you account shows the wrong one has been ordered then you will need to call Sky to have them cancel the order. Ordering a different one will see you credit checked again.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

Please I want a contract phone and I'm trying so hard to fill the details and complete my order but I don't understand some of the process. Can someone assist me please.

Following the credit check you may have to make an upfront payment.  (This will reduce the monthly payments accordingly)

 

Any 'no upfront' payments are subject to status.  (I.e. the credit scoring)

An upfront payment is usually asked if you have just passed the credit check and has posted above it will be taken off what you owe for the device.
