Activating a SIM

I'm already a sky mobile user and bought a new mobile for my wife. When i tr yto activate the SIM, I get a message saying they are experiencing technical issues and try later. I have got the same message over the past week and is the same whether i use a mobile, ipad or laptop. Any suggestions?

Hi @modd  call sky on 150 from your sim and they should be able to do it for you.
