Additional SIM activation issue

During November, I ordered 2 SIMS for family members and these have been successfully activated and are in use. As part of the Black Friday deals I then ordered a 3rd SIM for my daughter. This has been received but when I try and activate it (first tried 2 weeks ago), I get a message stating ' We're still activating your SIM. This can take some time etc,'

 

What do I need to do to allow this card to be activated?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

There is nothing you can do @Burnessj but you will need to call Sky about it as they might want to issue you with another sim to try to activate when it turns up. 150 is the free number to use from a phone that does have a Sky sim in it.
