I have a sky mobile account. I pay £8 for 6gb data. I ordered a new SIM card from sky which is £5 for 5gb data. I think I have activated new sim but my account and billing still says £8 6gb. I want to stop the £8 one and continue with sky mobile with £5 5gb

Unless Sky are prepared to apply the offer to your existing SIM (expect them to refuse as the offer is for additional SIM's only) then the only solution to keep your number is to transfer it out of the network and back to the new SIM. (You cannot use a PAC within a network)
