Call diverting
Can I divert my landline calls to my mobile?
if so doesn't the caller pay the landline amount or mobile amount

If your landline phone provider is Sky then yes. It costs £2.50 a month so you'd have to call Sky Customer Services to add it. You'll have to check with your provider if it isn't Sky.

With Sky the diverted part of the call is charged to the Sky Talk customer.
