When trying to log on to my sky go app on the ps4 I am getting the message To watch this programme you will need to purchase the sky go extra package  I have this, I'm aslo a VIP. What is happening?

Everyone of all Sky's customers have VIP on their account.

 

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

Update - Spoken to Fatdan, after a few checks, we found the customer needed to talk to our specialist Sky ID team to resolve the issue 🙂
