Sky go app not playing live sport

Hi I'm having trouble watching live sport on my mobile through the SkyGO App. It was working fine then a few hours later it will not load. It buffers for a while then I get an error message. It only seems to be an issue when using mobile data. It works okay when connected to any wifi connection. 

I have a full sports subscription and have been watching it using my phone for some time without any issues. I can still watch through the sky sports app just not the sky go app.

ive tried deleting the app and restarting my phone a few times.

Have you tried seeing if it will work via the Sky Sports app instead as you can watch live sport via this,

It does still work via the sky sports app as detailed in my original post.

I get a black screen and the working wheel of doom, eventually goes back to blue tv guide screen

Why is it working through the sky sports app and not sky go. It's a pain messing around all the time, will it or won't it work.
