Sky go PS5

I have sky go extra as part of my package but when I try to watch sky F1 on my sky go app on mobile or ps5 console, I get an error message telling me to upgrade my subscription. Other upgrades such as movies work fine so it just appears to be an issue with SkyF1

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.
