Is there anyway to block devices on sky go

Hello can anyone help no matter how many times I reset my sky go and change password one device I don't want on sky go shows up all the time is there any way of blocking that device please

Chaging the password is one of two things that you need to do.

Try this:

First change your password:

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/

Then go to this link:

https://skyid.sky.com/authorise/manage

If you tick "Sky Apps" and then the remove button, then anyone using SkyGo or SkyNews or SkySports apps etc. using your credentials will have the previous auth token removed and will be forced to sign in again (using the new password only you know). Will mean people you want to use your ID will need to do the same, but will force whoever is using your previous details off, this might not stop them straight away but it will over a day or so.

I have rung sky 4 times to try and stop unauthorised access to my account . They cannot stop this  please tell me how I can stop persons using my skygo  I have changed password ids uninstall apps etc etc and STILL persons signing into my account

Has anybody had any success?  as I am still trying to remove a device but unfortunately it reappears every time.

What you need to do (as it should work) has been posted by myself already further up the page. 

You do need to give it a day or so before it will kick in.

Thank you for your reply much appreciated. I did try the above  steps but the problem still occurs. I shall try again and hopefully it will kick the unwanted user off.

I have just done what the above gentleman suggested and for now I've just got two of my device is streaming at the same time that seems to have worked for now😀
