We've had a very lovely agent on the phone today helping with a room that wouldn't quite get broadband coverage in a new flat - I just wanted to pass on my thanks as the call sadly disconnected (very spotty reception in areas of my house, probably the cause of our broadband issues too!) before I could properly thank him for his immense help! We recently had a visit from a Sky engineer, Darrell M., to resolve ongoing issues with our Sky Mini box in the garden annex and the main box not connecting to the router. Job No - VR046895501 From the moment Darrell arrived, he was incredibly polite and patient. He took the time to listen to what I had already tried, acknowledging my efforts and experience without dismissing my input. Just wanted to say a huge thank you you Luke the Sky Engineer who visited me on 5th Feb. We had been suffering from a really frustrating broadband issue which had dragged on for weeks. BT Openreach had tried and failed to fix the issue and it was only when Luke came to the house that he really got to the bottom of things. Luke was clearly passionate and skilled and was so open and friendly. He spent time diagnosing the problem and then meticulously worked to fix the problem. I was seriously set on leaving Sky as a customer at the end of my contract (which is now) until I met Luke. The company should be seriously proud to have him as an ambassador and as an engineer visiting customers. He is an absolute diamond, thanks again Luke you're a gentleman and an absolute credit to Sky.

We have had a few issues getting our new fibre installation to our home, mostly due to miscommunication between Openreach and Sky. Shamise has been amazing, going above and beyond to try and help us get installed. Her friendly manner and efforts were very much appreciated and the Openreach engineer installed our broadband/phone/TV today and we are all up and running! Thanks are also due to Leanne who helped confirm our number ported forward OK and helped with diagnostics on our new connection when one room was too far to get the wifi signal. Engineer Shaun went above and beyond to get our satellite sorted out. He could have done what others have done and told us to get trees chopped, or told us he couldn't do anything, but he didn't. Tommy is one of the Loyalty Team Support Team. I was on the telephone for over two hours today trying to sort out my Sky TV package, we looked at it together and was able to sort a contract that I was happy with. I also came away with a very competitive Broadband deal as my main aim was to try to cut my monthly outgoings. Tommy was incredibly patient and extremely professional. I would just like to feedback to Sky what a lovely, pleasant employee they have, nothing was too much trouble. We would like to say a big thank you to Eisha. Myself and my wife had a problem with accessing are Sky vouchers. This coursed us both a problem when paying for a film and watching it on the tv screen. We phoned Sky and spoke to 3 different people including a manger who could not help as they did not understand the problem. We were lucky enough to be able to speak to this lovely lady called Eisha who spent just over a hour helping us with all different issues that we needed to change before are original issue was resolved. The process for replacing Sky Q products when the HD has issues is superb! It’s been causing a problem for months (not connecting to the mini box, kept reactivating the network and main box connections, kept trying to update software when it was already done) but was desperately bad over the weekend (couldn't watch recordings, couldn't record or download, couldn't connect to mini box at all). I went through the help pages, reset the HD with no improvements so I requested a new productwhich arrived within 13 hours! Incredible! I thought there was a further issue with my mini box but replacing the main box has fixed things. Thank you!

I will keep this short as possible but I really want to shout out to Henry who is a Sky customer service advisor. I have been with sky for almost 30 years and absolutely love the product but recently have been having a few issues, so for the past 3 weeks I have been in contact with Sky CS. To be honest, it hasn’t been great. To compound the problem, my wife is autistic so changes to daily routines like this have a considerable detrimental effect on her well-being. So, after 12 phone calls and 14 or 15 different people, I felt I was just being passed from pillar to post and not making any progress. On top of that, none of the advisors bothered to call me back despite promising to do so on 5 occasions. So, I was pretty fed up and ready to cancel my contract because by now I didn’t even have a working skyQ box so no sky TV at all. Then finally, I was connected with Henry. What a breath of fresh air! A soft-spoken Scottish accent who immediately made me feel comfortable and gave me confidence that he would help me. After reading through my account notes (it took a while) he was appalled at the poor service that I had received and set to helping me. He was knowledgeable and helpful but most of all, he was determined to stick with me until this mess was sorted out. It took 5 more days of Henry’s help but after organising a new sky Q box delivery, texting me daily with updates on when the new unit would arrive, resetting my account and, most importantly, calling me back when he said he would (daily) to transact each step in turn to fix my issues, I now have a working system and can access everything that I should be able to access. Henry, you are a diamond and you should be promoted to supervisor with a big fat pay rise so that you can pass on your superb people skills and experience to more of the Sky customer service advisors. Concerning a recent phone call to Sky Helpdesk I made recently on Tuesday, 14th January - after being granted a Month's extension to my old Sky+ Contract, promised the Call Centre operative from ?India (sorry I didn't note his name), a Rating of 10 by way of Thanks in Reply to the follow-up text I'd be Sent afterwards. However, on receipt, rather than requiring just a Rating Number, as once the case, instead I was invited to click on a Link to complete a whole Survey! Unfortunately, the Mobile I use with Sky, only takes calls & simple texts, & can't click on a Link, so I'm unable to fulfilll my promise, which bothers me. Therefore, wondering if there's an alternative ... tried again with both the Chat line & phoning, but can't get past the AI, which is not offering the right options. after nearly 6 weeks of getting nowhere with Sky advisors a fire risk box, no TV, sky cancellation engineer visit to busy, along came June (Removed). I would like to say a huge thanks to Ann(e) not sure if it was with an E or not for the help she gave me on the 20th regarding my Sky Stream order she went above and beyond to find out what was happening with my order and found out it became a 'ghost' order for some reason and she went on to contact another back office to get the order progressed. Then later on in the evening I had 2 E-mails saying that the order has been processed and that the puck is now awaiting dispatch. She is a credit to the Call center and deserves to be recoginsed. When I got to Liam, I found his approach to be extremely understanding of my case and very professional in his approach. I want to say a massive thanks to Rebecca (Removed) for the exceptional service I received on the phone today. After several failings from Sky, I rung up very angry that my initial issue had not been dealt with and also follow up calls had not been completed. Rebecca took full ownership of my issue, listened to my concerns and frustrations and empathised with the situation. She clearly explained what options were available and what would be required to find a resolution. Her approach was methodical and communication was clear. Her knowledge of processed and other departments was also fantastic. She consulted her manager Callum to arrange a speedy resolution but did not over promise on what could be delivered. She also ensured feedback was given to the other advisors who had not fulfilled their promises. Rebecca then rang me back to confirm the successful resolution. She is an abdolute credit to Sky and should be used as a role model for other customer service staff. Thank you, (Removed)

I would like to thank our Sky engineer Justin who visited today. He thoroughly investigated the issue that we were having with connectivity and fully explained to me what appeared to be happening. He took the time to draw diagrams of how the system works to highlight the probably cause of the issue. Despite it being the end of the day, I felt that he geniunely wanted to ensure we had a proper solution before he went home. On a personal note, we had an unfortunate encounter with an unpleasant, aggressive neighbour during Justin's visit. (This was not a Sky issue, it just happened at the same time). I would just like to express my gratitude for the concern Justin showed for myself and my son. His support was much appreciated and was above and beyond his role as a Sky engineer. I'd like him to know that the neighbour has now apologised for his behaviour. I hope that Justin and his family have a lovely Christmas. Thank you.

Hello this is just a general shout out to say thank you to everyone in Sky for always providing us with such an amazing level of service! Over Christmas our old tele stopped working so we decided to take the plunge and upgrade our package to Sky Glass. I can honestly say it's been the best decision we've ever made! to have it delivered so quickly, even over the festive period, meant that we had no disruption to our holidays, the lads who delivered it were incredibly professional and had it up and running in no time! We all love how user friendly the tv is and the picture, sound and quality are all superb.
