So after a rather unpleasant experience with the text messaging customer service I put a complaint in by phone and got put through to Karen in retentions.
Karen i am yet to receive a feedback message but want you recognised in case it doesn't arrive.
Karen was extremely helpful and sorted my issue out in minutes and saved me a lot more stress. She was open honest friendly and everything a customer service representative should be an absolute pleasure.
