I can honestly say this is the first time I've gone out of my way to give good feedback but it is so well deserved! I spoke to someone on the phone today and he was so helpful, I was unfortunately cancelling my broadband but the process was so easy and simple - not like I have had with other providers! And I had similar great experiences when setting up my broadband too! Really impressed with the service at all stages and I will definitely be coming back to Sky in the future! Honestly couldn't fault the staff or service from start to finish, 10/10 - thank you!

I would like to give the biggest thank you in the world to EMA57 at Sky today. I have never felt so reassured and supported, she went above a beyond all i could expect - i dread the thought of calling up a company and asking for help, because im sure we all know that 99% of the time they dont really care or just turn you away! But my views have changed completely, restoring my faith and Sky being my best experience with any company i have ever dealt with. Thank you again. After speaking with a member of your team yesterday for around 40 minutes on the phone while we worked out a new plan for my parent's and aranged for myself to take charge of my now poorly father's sky account. The Gentleman called Paul was superb in his gentle manner, extremely sensitive to my mother and father's situation . Sky need to make it easier to pass on our compliments to their team members. On the 10th May 2018 I spoke with Jackie who works within the retentions department. I've got to say if it wasn't for Jackie I wouldn't be sat here watching Sky on my new Sky Q box with an 18 month contract. Jackie was excellent! On Thursady 10th May a Sky Engineer (Julie) attended to our home to repair our Multi Box viewing, which had stopped recieving a satilite signal. She was here spot on time, remained for over an hour but provided an excellent service. She had a polite and professional manner, which enharnced her knowledge base on what to provide the customer. Me and my girlfriend would like to thank steven from the cancellations department and George (unfortunately unsure of what department he worked on). After what was a frustrating first couple of weeks after joining sky (mainly down to confusion) these gents and their managing team definitely made up for it. They are a massive credit to sky and retained customers that were otherwise going to leave, but due to their friendly and professional customer service this thankfully wasn't the case. I have recently switched over to Sky after a terrible experience with another provider. I would like to say a massive thank you to Danielle who set everything up for me over the phone she was so lovely and a joy to speak to, also I would like to thank Christopher the engineer who done my installation, again another great service. He explained everything for me about using my new sky equipment (I’m terrible at trying to work out how to use remotes and things!!) Hi, Yesterday my friend and I were stranded after her tyre blew out, I replaced it with the spare only to find the spare was flat. Lots of traffic passed, no one stopped except for one Sky engineer. He pulled over, asked if he could assist us, and produced a pump, he then backed his van up to ours and proceeded to inflate the spare tyre for us. Not only had he rescued us, he also followed us back into the main road. I feel he really deserves some recognition for his kindness. This occurred yesterday on the Stockland seven mile straight, we would have still been there had he not stopped! Had a few bad experiences with the SKY team when I rang. I rang for something and wasn't listened to or was told one thing and they did another etc. Quite frustrated until I spoke to MARK in the VALUE team. on 1.5.18. He actually listened and didn't speak over me which was nice for a change and we ended upwith a mutual agreement. I would like to send my heartfelt thanks to Sion in Cardiff who spent hours trying to rectify a very disgruntled customer (me) on Saturday 28th April. I had spoken to an advisor earlier the same day who told me I couldn’t downgrade my tv package because I was tied into a contract. Sion, not only downgraded my package but also secured a lower deal than I expected. She was extremely apologetic for the incorrect information passed on to me earlier in the day and when I asked for her name she initially replied saying that my customer satisfaction was enough thanks for her. Hello everyone. I'm going to post my leaving message on the VM community in a bit, (not posted here as this is a feednfee thread for Sky, posted on the SkyQ board) to highlight what sort of service level causes a customer to jump ship. Until now I've been semi loyal to VM with only 2 years of using Sky between 2007 and 2018 with VM taking my custom for every year otherwise. However, multiple issues, leading to a formal complaint that hasn't been even properly addressed by the team who I complained to has led to this. However, neagtives out of the way, I'd like to open with some praise. The call handler who welcomed me to Sky, called back when they said they were going to (VM take note!) and treated me with care and listened to a pretty specific set of requirements and even promised to take the issue higher unprompted. As my Sky Account is now to be linked to the upcoming account, if the forum team here want to trace this back to the handler and give positive feedback to their managers, please do so.

Hi i had 3 conversations with a skyhelp agent named “tony Anthony” to say he was professional and helpful would be a complete understatement.this man put himself into my shoes in the mist of this we had a conversation he had shown genuine interest and concern for as long as I have been with sky this agent has been by far the most professional at he’s job and that goes for any customer service.. I take this opportunity to say a big thank you to Srinivas and Ivan at the Milton Keynes sales desk. They were both very helpful in helping me choose the right product without resorting to any pressurised sales techniques. The 'rope team' comprising of Benjamin and Chris, who did the installation were also excellent in executing their task.. They wore overshoes inside our house to protect the carpets etc. and my wife was impressed. The only minor disappointment was the failure by installation engineer 'Ryan' to turn up to a previously agreed appointment and no explanations were given for the same. However, my overall experience in my dealings with Sky has been a pleasant one - especially with the assistance of Srinivas, Ivan, Benjamin and Chris.

I would like to send a big thank you to Ann from your customer services department, who after a visit from an engineer, a cancelled installation appointment and a very intense phone call with a different person from your customer service (apologises to the guy who had to listen to me venting my frustrations!) manage to get sky tv working at our new home! I was really disappointed with sky’s installation/ home moving service and even cancelled all of my sky services in frustration. Ann had the time and patients to talk me though a temporary set up until an engineers appointment can be rebooked. Hello there, Yesterday around 1945, I had the privilege of chatting to Hazel in regards to my Sky bill. I am preparing for the future, wanted to save some money and called the team in Livingston to see if I could reduce my bill in any way. Hazel was incredibly patient, warm, engaging and looked into every detail of my account. My new package now reflects my individual viewing needs, sees me with upgraded internet speed and, because of the VIP element, I didn't need to pay for activation or new kit. My monthly bill will be considerably less moving forward and I truly believe Hazel went above and beyond to help me save money which is a very emotive topic. Every little helps as they say! I know working in a call centre is a hard job (I used to recruit for you) and Hazel really is a huge asset to the company. I am beyond delighted with the service and felt it important to share my thoughts. I would be extremely grateful if you could pass my feedback onto Hazel directly. Hi Called Sky to day to change part of my TV package and spoke to Joshua who was really helpful. I mentioned I was going to change my broadband and he said to talk to customer retentions first before I made changes to TV and put me through to Arbaz in CR who was brilliant! I wanted to give immediate feedback in the survey but it didn't connect so hopefully it can be done through here. He took me through my TV package and saved me money and then sorted out sky fibre for me at a good price. I have been a customer of Sky for nearly 20 yearrs and this was recognised right at the beginning of the conversation. Arbaz also pointed out the different deals I could get by committing to a contract and those I could get without committment. At all times he stressed that nothing would be difficult and that he would not try to sign me up for products I didn't need. I felt he was very fair in his approach and receptive to my needs as a customer. He was one of the best agents I have spoken. Excellent service from him.

I have had multiple difficulties with my internet connection over the last few days and Lesley from the Broadband Technical Team in the UK dedicated over an hour of her day to try and help me resolve the issue from several fronts. Dear Sky Team This early evening I spoke to someone in telephone support who I believe was called Carol (although I might have misheard!!). I was changing my address details and booking an engineer. She was super friendly and we had a great chat while we sorted it all out. Her freindly and easy going character made our long phone call much less tedious than it could have been. Just moved from BT to Sky for phone & broadband following insane price increases of 8% last year and 25% in January. Was expecting a difficult transition but no, none of it. I Just spoke to someone called Mark in the broadband cancellations department. I must say he was extremely helpful and an absolute delight to talk to. He is an asset to your team. I recently find myself in a position of having to talk to lots of CS teams from different companies, this is the best CS I have recieved in a long time. Not only did Mark help me sort out a better deal, he also introduced me to sky pay monthly contracts and was very patient while I tried to find out whether it was possible for me to change contracts yet. Due to have Sky Q TV installed tomorrow (Friday) and had the confirmation email of a pm visit from the engineer I requested when I signed up. Received an SMS telling me the engineer would be arriving 9am. No option online to change this so had to call customer services. The person in India was very polite but could not seem to grasp the fact that nobody would be at home am. In his favour, after much frustration, he did eventually put me through to Sky Q tech services in the UK. I spoke to Andy Smith who was fantastic and dealt with my problem. Even gave me an exact time when the engineer will arrive. Fantastic service from Andy and a big thank you to him. My partner wanted to cancel the whole deal including the fibre broadband we also ordered. Said the hassle getting through to speak to someone and then the hassle getting it sorted was not a good omen for future problems. Andy has restored our faith in Sky. Your automatic customer service helpline sucks. Got stuck in a loop telling me to go to the website to change my appointment time for engineer visit. No option to do it though. Ditch the stupid auto system and just let us get through to a person who understands the problems we get.

we have just had a dish and our box re adjusted at our new address. the engineer was C hris who was not only very helpful with all the information about the set up but was very respectful towards our property wearing overshoes in the house. his manner was very pleasent . a real good advert for SKY engineers.

I would like to say a massive thank you to the sky engineer who come and helped me today he was called leigh. He went above and beyond to help me resolve my problem. Listened to me and found there is a problem when the other 4 engineers who have come to me have said no problem found and wasnt interested. To the broadband team have had problems with Sky q and mini box for weeks. I was transferred through to a lady at 7:30 pm today who was super. I can't remember her name and unfortunately I didn't agree to the survey the second time as I had been cut off from my previous call due to the cold weather and was anxious to get through. I made a bill payment and changed my DD details. She was so friendly and chatty and I felt I needed to send this message as I couldnt complete the survey at the end of the call. Her customer service is 10/10, I'm sure her name began with M, shes from Derry, but may live in Letterkenny, and I would like this feedback to be sent where it needs be. Very happy with the service.
