I'd like to say a massive thank you to Michelle for setting me up with my Sky TV and making the move into my new home and transferring my Internet over so simple and easy! She answered all of my questions and talked me through all of my options! She was so friendly, personable and funny, not to mention a huge fan of Criminal Minds which is always a winner in my book!
