Is there another way to feed back through my account to ensure this reaches his manager? Anyway, he helped me out with my TV and broadband package before I went shopping around, which I'm happy with but I'm more delighted with how open, warm and genuinely friendly he was and how he turned what is usually quite a pain (negotiating packages) into a pleasure. I don't even mind that the reason I had to ring Sky in the first place is that my internet is down and we have to get an engineer out. An absolute credit to his team.
