I spoke to an extraordinarily helpful advisor on 11th of this month, I believe her name was Nancy, and I wanted to leave my feedback. What an experience, she saved me a lot of my money whilst delivering a slightly better package than what I was on and also giving me a great broadband package. I have already recommended sky mobile to my 2 daughters who have transferred from ee to sky amid getting much better deals and I just can't thank sky enough for rewarding customer loyalty, which is unheard of these days. I would really like to say the biggest thank you to Chanelle! (possibly from the 'I'm leaving sky department') From the moment we started talking it felt like I was talking to someone who really cared and was passionate about helping to resolve my dilemma. My bill had sky rocketed (no pun) and I was instantly reassured that Chanelle would be able to help. We had a lovely chat about Christmas and I was only on hold for very brief moments of time, the rest of the time, when Chanelle was sorting stuff, she carried on talking (multitasking at its best) and making me feel like a person and not just a number in the system! I was expecting to leave sky today (after being with the company for a long time), but Chanelle changed that and I am happy that I'm staying. It seemed every time Chanelle spoke, there was always another bit of great news! It was like the twelve days of Christmas ❤️ Chanelle, you are a Christmas angel in my eyes and I am sure your brother will love and appreciate his gift, I don't know you, but I feel I do now. I already have a picture in my head of you, your mum, brother and Neice (with other family) sat around the table and you just lift his present from your lap and give it to him, with a smile that lights the room 🙂 As I hung up the phone I heard music and I really hope that wasn't the survey? I would like to thank Lewis who helped me today when I called upset about being charged for a sky Q box that I had already returned on November 27th 2021. He let me know that he would look into this and would get back to me as soon as possible with an outcome when he next worked over the weekend. He reassured me that I wouldn't be charged (if I still was going to be charged) until my next bill in January and calmly explained to me the process he needed to follow to see whether they could find my returned equipment. I have just moved house and was in a bit of a panic and upset that I would be charged for something I had already returned, especially with how tight money will be with Christmas, let alone the house moving costs! I received a text from Lewis this evening, about six hours after I spoke with him, confirming they had found the returned equipment and I would not be charged. I am blown away by how quickly he managed to sort this for me and how kind he was when I spoke with him. He is a credit to Sky and he has restored my faith in Sky as a company. Thank you.

'Stacey' brilliantly helped me to leave Sky in a caring, detail-oriented, professional manner. Before she 'let me get away with that' though, I was taken for a short journey through my options, should I care to stay on with Sky. My reason for moving on is 'financial', needing to continuously review, then 'cut my coat according to my cloth'. So I am moving on. For how long, remains to be seen. One thing that I do know though, is that Sky will be given my first shot, if / when my time to comparison shop for broadband, 'talk' and / or TV, comes around again. Hello, I have been a long time costumer of Sky TV. On Saturday (27 November) an engineer based in or near Manchester called Siad (Syed) was an absolute diamond. He came on site to install our Sky Q mini box into another room. I explaiend that I had just discovered that during our renoation works the original sky cable from the dish into the house had been cut. He didn't complain (despite the wearther being -2 degrees and the sun was setting) he got up his ladder and found a new entry point for the sky cable. He set up the main box in one room and then set up the second box in the other room (despite only having one TV at the time as our second TV was on order). He was super positive and was so helpful. Just a really lovely guy. He should be given suitable praise and recognition for excellent customer services, great problem solving and clean and efficient installation. He was also lovely about the kids running around and the house having no heating on the groundfloor (due to renovation works). Honesly, just such a shinning light on a rather miserable weekend for us moving int our house mid-renovation.

I would like to thank Kyer, the engineer, who came to set up Sky in my new house yesterday. She arrived promptly, was very respectful and considerate as it had been a long day, the previous day, getting everything moved in. My new house is a three storey town house which presents it's problems getting a dish set up for the first time, so she carefully thought things through, did not just give up, and showed real resilience in getting the dish up. She was the absolute professional throughout - updated me, ensured that I fully understood all that she was doing, and scaled the ladder up the three storeys, with the dish and had me all sorted and set up in a short time. She is a real credit to herself and a real asset to Sky - hang onto her Sky as she is a 'good un'.

Hi, I called yesterday asking for advice regarding a swap on a mobile phone I spoke to one gentleman who didn't seem to understand the question I was asking after 25 minutes I asked to be put through to someone else. He put me through to the swap team and I spoke to a brilliant girl called Elle (she had a Newcastle accent) she was absolutely amazing and answered every question I asked she was very professional but also chatty and friendly she sorted out everything I needed and I ended up coming away swapping 3 phones. I would like to say thank you to Emma, who came to help us at our home in Knutsford on the 10th November. Too many large companies are blighted with indifferent service and systems and processes that serve their own needs not those of their customers. Emma came to solve a problem with our Sky system which turned out to be a simple fix. I’m not sure if this post is able to get back to Sky internal support, but here goes anyways. I just wanted to express my sincere thanks to a guy named Ibrar who works within the Sky FTTP Team. After what feels like a lifetime of phone calls to Sky and deadend after deadend, my back office account issues that have inhibited me from being able to place an upgrade order for FTTP, are finally fixed! Ibrar confirmed the issue was with Sky and not at my end, he raised the right type of CRF and in less than a day everything was good to go with my account! He is a Sky star! I was able to place my upgrade order today for Ultrafast Plus and can’t wait for that blinding download/upload speed - yee hawww!

I would like through this forum to sincerely thank the staff of the Sky Executive Team namely Carmen and Neil for their invaluable help and knowledge to get me up and running with my older account. Due to health reasons my wife no longer has the same capacity to operate any major changes to Sky equipment therefore in our case it is better to keep the status quo for as long as we can. Having discussed this with Carmen she along with Neil looked at a work around and came up with a quick solution to our needs much to our benefit all within a matter of hours. Sky Mobile Today I spoke to Imanuel (apologies if this is spelt wrong) What a lovely manner-able man you have working for you! He helped resolve my query with plenty of clarification which I totally appreciated. I ordered an I phone 13 pro which sadly after multiple attempts (at least 5-6 compared to what dpd advertise as 3, I may have got lucky and this is due to dpd not sky but I still appreciate this as sky must have a great relationship with dpd) so the order was on its was to be returned to sky.. Imanuel had no problems in dealing with this by contacting the distributions team who was able to cancel my order (within the 14 day cooling of period) most companies get bad reviews by customer who not only leave a bad review but also a false one. If your not within your terms you dont win, simple. They’re there for a reason. Thank-you once again Sky and Imanuel, and I hope my review will make people reconsider leave such a harsh one in return! Please consider the agent you spoke to can only do so much.. P.S. The above has also been posted to trust pilot, please all post your reviews on there too to get there score up! I also work for a company that has just over an above average score on trust pilot so ever review really does count, were all out here to help each other (most of us anyway!)

Super thanks for excellent service. Firstly the young man in Bulgaria, working from home, who's English was perfect, who listened to my problem, did not waste time performing needless software updates, just arranged next day appointment for engineer visit. And Matt who visited today, arrived 8am sharp, replacing my wornout Sky Q box and LNB for good measure, cheerfully, efficiently and COVID safely. I'm simply getting in touch to commend the serenely voiced lady who was instrumental in organising my package. She went above and beyond, she was also exceptionally good natured and I never at any point felt like I didn't know or understand what was happening. Hi, Tonight (27th September) I spoke to a man on the phone around (7:45pm) regarding extending our cancellation date due to moving house, and at the end I thought the feedback would be sent on a text or email to fill out, so I hung up not knowing it was on the end of the call! Just (20:45, 20.09.21) spoken with Scottish man called john, apologies that is all I got. I had made a mistake on an online mobile order and I was planning to cancel the order and re do it John was excellent with th advice, gave me the answers/ direction I needed- how to get my pac code where to use it and how to change my payment date. hope you are recognised for your cool calm demeanour. although my first call was disconnected and I considered not moving from 02, if this level of customer service is standard I'm glad I'm moving across!! thanks, amjad

I really hope this reaches where it needs to. I recently had some things go wrong when updating my sky package, it happens and it's ok. What I have found alot since Covid is so many companies ( some understandably so, some just to incorporate things they never would have before and put more stress on their employees) are becoming increasingly difficult to rectify problems, it can take days to have replies, arguments to rectify and I find it so draining and stressful. I called sky this week to rectify an issue with billing, a gent named Thom answered the phone, he was so professional, polite and helpful, he resolved what he could and said he would get back to me as soon as he could with confirmation of what he had managed to fix, I actually thought I won't hear back, but just now I have received an email and a text letting me know that not only did he fix it, he did a little more.. this means the world to me right now, I don't know who you are but thank you, best customer service I have recieved in a very long time and right now help and kindness for some of us is everything. Hi there. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the engineer who installed my sky q on 4/921 he was exceptional. I have had a previous engineer come to me, he wasn't here longer than 15 minutes and told me that I couldn't get a signal and left. The chap who came today was here for over an hour and a half and had some problems which he patiently worked on until it was done. I hope he gets this passed on to him. He was fantastic. Thanks again
