Positive experience/feedback

Hi, 

 

I spoke with Kevin in the retention team who was extremely helpful. He mentioned I would be able to provide feedback but I think I was meant to stay on the phone (I assumed the feedback survey would be via email/text).

 

Please can you pass on my thanks to Kevin. After speaking with different members of Sky earlier in the day (who werne't very helpful), Kevin was the complete opposite as he was very informative and tried to find us the best deal which I was grateful for.
