I'm just writing to say thank you to Debbie who helped me sort out a new package on the 09/12/2020 at around 18:20 after my sky box sadly does! She was kind and caring and very lovely to talk to. She was so helpful and even helped me amalgamate all of my sky services and get a good deal on my renewal and upgrade.
