I was so pleased with the exceptional customer service when speaking with a Sky colleague on the phone last night. I wanted to ensure that the colleague who assisted me was recognised for his great work - how can I go about doing this?
I was upgraded to Silver Sky VIP but was unable to use the Sky Go Extra reward on my PlayStation 4 Console. I called Sky and Ryan (Irish gentleman) was amazing!
He patiently assisted my partner and I with clear, professional instructions. He was very friendly and made the whole process actually enjoyable - he was informative and helped us both with solving the Sky Go Extra problem on the PS4 console and redeeming a free film on my smartphone.
I would like Ryan to receive recognition for his excellent work if possible. Please can anyone help?
