Hi - we had an engineer come out today who was the best. I was trying to find a way to send something to Sky to give him a top rating but can't find any other way. Sadly, I can't remember his name so not sure if someone can look it up based on my account and pass along my thank you?
Any tips on how to do this (I've tried calling but tricky to find the right option to get me to the right place)?
